A Bit About Gvanca

Education and Training

Gvanca is currently pursuing her Master of Music in Vocal Performance at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire (2023–2026), focusing on advanced vocal techniques, stage presence, and dramatic interpretation. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the same institution (2015–2019), where she developed a solid foundation in music theory, language diction, and operatic repertoire.  

Throughout her training, she has mastered complex techniques in breath control, tonal quality, and vocal health maintenance. She is also adept in improvisation techniques and vocal embellishments specific to Baroque and Classical styles.  

International Presence and Career Highlights

Gvanca has established a significant international presence through performances and professional development in major European cultural hubs:

• Austria: Successfully completed the "Perform in Vienna" project (2025), which included vocal lessons, career coaching, and concerts in Vienna.  

• Poland: Participated in a study visit at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław as part of the "Eastern Academic Artistic Platform" (2019).  

• Italy: Competed in the prestigious Ebe Stignani Opera Singing Competition, collaborating with international artists and coaches.  

• France/Georgia: Recognized by the French Institute of Georgia for her participation in a classical concert at the National Library of Georgia (2015) in support of international solidarity.  

Upcoming Engagements (2026)

The upcoming season marks a significant milestone in Gvanca’s career with two major international performances:

• July 2026: A solo performance at the renowned Künstlerhaus, Salon Karlsplatz in Vienna, Austria.

• September 4, 2026: A full Solo Recital in Italy, accompanied by pianist Marco Belluzzi, featuring a demanding repertoire of Puccini, Mozart, Schubert, and Strauss, as well as Georgian classical music.

Artistic Versatility and Skills

Possessing a rich linguistic background, Gvanca performs with precise diction in Italian, German, French, English, and Russian, alongside her native Georgian. She is acclaimed for her ability to engage audiences through expressive storytelling and a versatile repertoire that spans from the Baroque era to contemporary works.
